Our handmade face masks have been created with our Petriiski Prints from high quolity scuba fabric.

Our Bespoke Terms and Conditions

1. Petriiski fashion Ltd obtains the measurements of each customer in order to produce a bespoke garment. Please make sure that you take the correct measurements as this will be our reference to create your garments and it is your responsibly to provide this information correct. Petriiski Fashion Ltd cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate measuring taken by a client remotely.

2. We will have an online consultation via email discussing your ideas, gathering all your info. A photo of yourself will help our team to make recommendations etc. and will then send you a detailed estimate.

3. The quoted price will be held for 28 days. Petriiski fashion Ltd reserve the right to change this quotation after 28 days if an order has not been confirmed.

4. Refunds
Once approved by you, all of our garments are made to your measurements and therefore can’t be refunded due to change of mind.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Any couture / Bespoke / Made to measure garments. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to incorrectly ordered items, dislike of style, fit, or colour, cancellation or event or any other reason.

Our return policy is very strict so that we may continue to offer you competitive prices on quality merchandise. It is your responsibility, when placing an order, to understand and abide by this policy.

We reserve the right to make changes to the website and its contents without prior notice.

Petriiski Fashion Ltd strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures and availability, links, pricing and any other item-related information contained in or referenced on our website. Due to typographical error, human error, incorrect or updated information we cannot guarantee all item-related information is entirely accurate, complete or current and Petriiski fashion Ltd cannot assume responsibility for these errors.

In the event of an error in an item’s description, pictures, availability or delivery options, pricing, etc. due to typographical error, human error, incorrect or updated information Petriiski fashion Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for these items and immediately correct and/ or remove the information.

However, Orders placed for items with incorrect or inaccurate information may not be honoured and may be refused or cancelled regardless of confirmation.

If a deposit has been made, the customer shall be credited for the full amount of the charge. Should this happen for an ordered item, the customer will be notified immediately, and the customer always has the option to reorder the item at the corrected price or with corrected information.
