2. We will have an online consultation via email discussing your ideas, gathering all your info. A photo of yourself will help our team to make recommendations etc. and will then send you a detailed estimate.

3. The quoted price will be held for 28 days. Petriiski fashion Ltd reserve the right to change this quotation after 28 days if an order has not been confirmed.

4. Refunds
Once approved by you, all of our garments are made to your measurements and therefore can’t be refunded due to change of mind.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Any couture / Bespoke / Made to measure garments. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to incorrectly ordered items, dislike of style, fit, or colour, cancellation or event or any other reason.

Our return policy is very strict so that we may continue to offer you competitive prices on quality merchandise. It is your responsibility, when placing an order, to understand and abide by this policy.
